Haiku challenge

This is my contribution to Ronovan’s poetry challenge, to write a haiku using the words Thought and Source.

Black thoughts sink like stones

in the bubbling crystal source

light and darkness dance.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.

  1. Something new and unique I read throughout the day. I find your very good at writing “Haikus”. If I compare your words with “love”, then I make images of heart-issues in mind where a love (a stone) gets sunk into the oceans (heart) and black thoughts (memories) play well with lights and darkness (days and nights). Excellent work, Jane!
