Whatever befalls

Another hell or high water poem.

V838_Mon_HST

Whatever befalls,

Wherever you walk,

Through hell or high water,

Into the dark of hopeless night,

Or the glassy chaos of wild waves crashing,

Remember my hand in yours,

My love about you,

A lifeline tied to the steadfast star.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.
