Haiku for Ronovan’s weekly prompt. Difficult one.

Friendly warmth falls soft

on the first leaf shivering

spring beauty unfolds.

    1. It took me ages. For some reason the word ‘friend’ just didn’t fit in. Maybe because haiku are supposed to be about the natural world and the idea of friendship seems so human. And we, of course, are not natural 🙂
