Haiku: Fresh & Wind

This traiku is in response to Ronovan’s weekly prompt

Fresh wind from the sea

laden with salt and merdreams

blusters through cobwebs.

Wind calls, brisk spring-voiced

full of new chicks’ flutterings

proud parents’ singing.

Listen to the wind

playing music in new leaves

vying with birdsong.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.

      1. Much, thank you. I’m rather dreading tonight though—first one without the drugs in weeks. I shall probably be staring at the ceiling quite a lot.
