What light!
Petal-smooth and languid,
Red moon swims
in a sea of lake mist.
Above black rocks
a red moon rose
with a thousand rain whispers.
Light and shadow play
on a purple sea,
still water singing
as blue winds blow.
A symphony soars
as I sleep,
my dreaming blood
runs like music
playing on water.
I saw a red moon over the ocean this summer…you’ve caught it. (K)
Red moons are eerie. But over the ocean they’re permissible.
my dreaming blood
runs like music
playing on water.
Think I’ll add these lines to the “green magic” from last time. 🙂
Soon you’ll have the collected words of the magnetic poetry set 🙂
I especially like that last one–the lines Jennifer quoted. Beautiful and magical.
The fridge oracle has a good line in moons 🙂
🙂
All great, and that first one is almost Shakespearean.
(And I love the last.)
The first one was a classic, I agree. Since the Magnetic word pool is pretty limited, I can only suppose that the oracle chooses which words she suggests very carefully 🙂
Lying here in a (hotel) bed, wonderung how ur light shimmering words would be, floating out on a watercolor
Red moons on water would be beautiful 🙂 I wish I could paint!
