A haiku inspired by all this talk of rain and not a drop in sight. For the Haiku Hub. Not sure how the message gets there, but here’s the poem.

Each transparent drop,

faceted worlds reflected,

dark, light, elusive.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.

  1. Love the photo and the haiku. I am thinking of doing a Haiku Hub post each Wednesday where hubbers can leave a link to any haiku posts unrelated to a specific challenge. Would that be good for members to have a place to share posts? I would love for there to be a way that it is easy for all Haiku Hub stuff went to one place.

      1. Glad you like the idea. I will start from Next week on Wednesday and then people can add links as comments over the week. We could even get a haiku hub member to select there top 3 favorites or something like that for the next week.

      2. I’ll look out for it. Sound out the others about selecting favourites. Personally, I’m a bit squeamish about picking favourites. It’s stupid but I always feel bad about the ones that don’t get chosen.

      3. Yes I am fully with you now. No “best” or “favs” picks. Just a place to share and enjoy. We live with too much competition as it is. Thanks for your wise words. 🙂
