echo voices of the lost,

my earthbound gaze soars,

no wings have I to follow,

though the horizon beckons.

  1. I read this first and thought there was such yearning, but then when I reread, I also thought there’s hope and a sense of adventure with the horizon beckoning.
    Nicely done. 🙂
