Haiku challenge: Love & Light

These three haiku are for Ronovan’s weekly challenge.

Beneath the moonlight

and the sunlight, love shines bright

though the night is dark.

In the fading light

of winter dusk, all mothers

chivvy their cubs home.

When there is no light,

when darkness falls and cold bites,

love keeps all things warm.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.
