wow, great haiku for this prompt.
Thanks Hélène 🙂 It wasn’t an easy prompt this week.
Some prompts do prove to be a real challenge for me too at times.
There are some words that don’t want to fit into a poem 🙂
rightly so…
rightly so… were you not changing your site’s appearance yesterday? Was that you, maybe it was someone else…
I hope it was somebody else! If my site was changing appearance it wasn’t me doing it. Unless you had logged into my other site where I put my books?
not sure who then…
WordPress gremlins again.
Haha
This is a great haiku, one that took quite a different direction! The photo is quite striking too.
It’s a great photo, icicles and vine leaves. I realised when I’d written it that the cold wintry haiku was just the opposite of the suggestion of the words. Don’t know how that happened!
It’s cold indeed when even sweat freezes! Great haiku.
Thank you! The kind of cold that doesn’t bear thinking about 🙂
Brrr. Lovely haiku.
Thanks Vashti 🙂 Funny how it came out so cold 🙂
