Spring secrets, burst buds,

hardened ’gainst the winter frost,

sun too pale to burn.

  1. A lovely haiku. We had a beautiful 70+ day last week, which is unusual here. I took a walk with my granddaughter and we noticed how many trees and shrubs have budded and many spring flowers starting to peek through the ground. I am so ready for spring.
