The spirit of the night

when the sun was sleeping,

sky of bitter blue cooled,

a summer’s dream.

Water shot with light plays

on the raw skin of the sea,

wind whispers music in the rain.

Bright moon shinesScreen Shot 2017-04-09 at 15.43.07,

dark earth breathes,

soft shade grows,

blue lake murmurs,

wild rose blooms,

spring boughs rustle

with the spirit of the night.
