Monsoon

Sangbad has invited me to join in his new poetry challenge, Fortnight Friday Fables—a haiku of 3.5.3 syllables on the theme of Monsoon. Since I don’t need to have my arm twisted to join in, here’s my poem.

Green is all—

drumbeats of rain pound

this tin roof
