Hind and fawn hidden

in tree shadow from cold eyes—

    1. It is. I usually give the credit in the image but I took this from my gallery. It’s Franz Marc as I’m sure you guessed, my favourite painter. Maybe not the greatest, but he’s the one closest to my heart.

      1. I adore him but haven’t seen this one before. I love his horses.
        If you love his so much, I suggest you should pack your bags and come to Germany right away. They have a big collection in Munich, though I recommend his museum in Kochel am See, southern Bavaria.

      2. I’d love to! Will have to make do with a book of his collected works instead though. His horses are gorgeous, but then so are his foxes and his deer, and his cows…
