Blue angel

There’s something not working with WP today at my end. I’m assuming it’s a problem here. I can’t upload images, so today’s consultation with the oracle is transcript only. They are all from the same word set.

Out of magic,

the dance dies,

the sacred rhythm throbs no longer.

Your words fly,

melting like smoke in the morning.

Blue angel,

fish colour,

smoke and marble,

she bleeds perfumed flowers.

Her dance, liquid peace,

haunts the stars

and lasts for eternity.

Listen to the joy

in the dance of the trees

and the voices of the night.

There will be a time

when we will fish for stars,

and never weep in sadness.

Perfume dances in the air,

dark and smokey,

and secrets linger

long after life has gone.

The salt ocean remembers

those joys and desires;

listen to its slow song.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.
