Haiku challenge: Bold & Daring

A haiku for Ronovan’s challenge. Since bold and daring are synonyms, I’ve made the same word do for both prompt words.


About the house prowls

fox, winter in his belly—

hunger makes him bold.

  1. I love this. Especially the idea of someone having a fox-winter in his belly. That is gorgeous. That’s like hunger x a thousand.
