Shadorma: Wind-tremble

I’ve been writing shadormas again. The November challenge was a good exercise. I’m going to post one a day until we all get bored with it.

From this chair,

I watch the light change,

fall in veils

of rainshine,

and the oak leaves wind-tremble,

dry as brown paper.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.

      1. Ah ok! I could have googled it but I thought I’d ask you instead 🙊
I’ll have to try if these someday

      2. Have a go. I thought it would be completely artificial and forced, keeping to a strict syllable count, but it makes you focus on the sound of the words which can be good.

    1. Happy New Year to you too! The weather has suddenly got warm. Won’t last but it’s pleasant. Leaves tremble because they can see what’s coming—compost. I suppose we feel the same 🙂

      1. But still we don’t know when it will come. It’s just like the rainshine you mention, we can see the sky and sun but there always will be unexpected black clouds.
