Haiku: Snow I

This is my first haiku for Frank Tassone’s haikai challenge: snow. I am sure there will be more.

 

No snow on this branch

winter black and burgeoning—

pale blossom, moon-faced.

  1. We’ve change our clocks here… daylight savings time.
    Clouded sky prevents a good look at the waning moon.
    Not all winter is weather – my hair has a bit of winter coloring 🙂
