Daily Poem: Essence 17

A special ‘trinity’ for Saint Patrick’s Day.

In praise of nature, one

with ways of moon and sun—

long years past, cross bringing,

and tears in bells ringing,

they came, the holy men—

never the same again.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.

      1. My husband and his family definitely think so, but I am not sure Saint Patrick has much to do with it. They just love to celebrate. It is also our anniversary, so a festive day for us. I just discovered you through Bojana’s blog and I am thrilled to read more of your stuff.
