A special ‘trinity’ for Saint Patrick’s Day.
In praise of nature, one
with ways of moon and sunโ
long years past, cross bringing,
and tears in bells ringing,
they came, the holy menโ
never the same again.

Excellent Jane ๐
Thanks Willow ๐
Nicely done. I like “tears in bells ringing.”
Thank you. Patrick is not my favourite person and I think we could have picked a better day to have for the national holiday than his saint’s day.
Florettes have done you good! ๐
I think finally that I prefer the Florette to the Essence. I’m working on a new form, the Floresence, trying to mix the two forms.
Hmm. I read about the two now. Confused.
There’s a mix up in the titles on the Shadow Poetry site where I got the form from, so I got the Florette and the Essence confused too.
Hmmm. Yup. Same website. Lol. No worries. ๐
If you look at the Essence page it’s also entitled Florette. Enough to confuse me ๐
Yes! That makes it three types under the same heading! Lol!
They’ll notice some day.
Hmmm. ๐

This is a parcel of perfection. I love it and am passing it along to my Irish husband. Happy St. Patricks Day!
Thank you! I don’t have a great admiration for Saint Patrick (the opposite in fact) but you have to mark the occasion, don’t you?
My husband and his family definitely think so, but I am not sure Saint Patrick has much to do with it. They just love to celebrate. It is also our anniversary, so a festive day for us. I just discovered you through Bojana’s blog and I am thrilled to read more of your stuff.
Bojana is a great girl ๐ Have a Guinness or two for me. It’s good for you, remember.
Absolutely! Full of vitamins and goodness!!!
That’s what I tell myself anyway ๐
