I hope you are just writing about a migraine. Are you a sufferer I empathise they are the pits. If you are suffering I hope you are better soon. You have described it perfectly.💜💜💜
I had a foul migraine yesterday and this afternoon started a new one with an aura. At least with the aura I’m forewarned and can pop a pill as soon as the first throb hits. Early night tonight.

It’s under control thanks. They are never as bad when they come with an aura. I don’t write a lot really. I spend a lot of time doing not much or lying down.
