Daily poem 42: Rain flowers


Such a sky so full of rain


grey billows boiling

tones and hues of gloom


beneath below is green

around puddles mirror-bright

meadow flowers bloom.

    1. We seem to get your watered down (no pun intended) weather conditions. Saturday was supposed to be stormy but we just had lots of rain and high winds. Same again today.
