First message from the Oracle. I had to visit before it gets too hot to think straight, and she had something all ready waiting.
The thermometre is well and truly buggered after it being out in the full sun yesterday. I though these things were meant to cope with high temperatures.
Mist me in light,
rain me a shadow,
sleep in the cool of a lush garden,
lick honey from my fingers,
only sit with me by the sea,
beneath this blue spring sky,
and dream of love
and blood beating
in the rose’s heart.
Wonderful (as ever), Jane! A poem to feel like in the paradise. Thank you, and have a great weekend. Michael
You too, Michael! Hope it isn’t too hot for you.
Thank you Jane! Its just right for me. Feeling like on the Bahamas. ***lol***
Without the sea 🙂
Thats the problem Jane! There is no sea here to see. ***lol*** Michael
You can’t have everything. You have lakes and mountains instead.
🙂
This is delicious!
The Oracle is wonderful 🙂
Absolutely 😊
So lovely.
Thank you!
Lovely! It’s funny that we both had honey.
I imagined a Greek island for some reason. 🙂
Well, the Oracle might have suggested that 🙂
🙂
This is like a cool balm on this hot day.
That is probably what was uppermost in my mind too 🙂
That is just perfect for this weather. She is always ready with what we need. (K)
She seems to be, which is what we were discussing before—she doesn’t reflect mood she encourages it.
