of star smiles, of green ice bleeding,
a sky of colours sailing
into perfumed nights,
trees swaying, a dance of cool water.
May life be like poetry,
words in the fiery wind.

Oh I love this!
Thanks, Isabel 🙂
That’s a good blessing. (K)
It’s a much happier message than last week’s.
Mine was cryptic but suited to my mood.
Cryptic bit full of birds.
Very nice 💜
Thanks 🙂
😁
She seems to be giving you a great message–I think it’s time to ask!
Yes, it was a good one. And so different from last week. I might ask her for midweek support. The hunting season opened today and we’ve had two verbal altercations already.
UGH. Good luck with her–and the hunters. Keep your pets close by.
It’s Sundays they all turn out en masse. Husband jumped out of the window after one of them yesterday. He was not only walking down by the hedge but shooting! He killed a rabbit, or some brown animal. I yelled at him to get out and husband leapt after him and photographed him. I hate these people.
That is terrifying. What if Finbar or your cats had been nearby–or your family–or anyone?
The dogs chased a cat (not ours) but were called off. I suppose they’d see us coming, but it means Finbar can’t be out—he’d start a massive dog fight. I worry about them lurking in the next field and hearing us walking past the hedge. Not being able to see doesn’t stop them shooting. There are laws about how close they’re allowed to get to habitations, but they are never respected. The gun lobby rules here too.
I hit “Liked,” but obviously, I don’t.
It’s going to be a tricky winter.
This touched me … love the closing.
Thank you, Janice 🙂
Agreed.
