Haiku challenge: Plucked & Played

Siting out the next round of cooking, letting some of the others deal with it.

Haiku for Ronovan’s weekly challenge.

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.

  1. Very good haiku. Ironically, it snowed where I was two days ago which rarely happens this time of year. Looks like the blossoms got a chilling experience before going back to normal.

      1. Fortunately, it didn’t with most of the trees and plant I’ve seen so far. It’s been so wacky this April with it snowing multiple inches twice which is a huge rarity.

      2. It’s been weird everywhere. But there’s no such thing as global warming, didn’t you know? It’s fake news dreamed up by Communists and what’s more it’s unAmerican.

      3. That’s definitely true and I wish it wasn’t the case. The state of the planet speaks for itself. I don’t consider myself an environmentalist, but the science and conditions are so obvious that I can’t see how anyone could ignore it. Oh, wait. There are certain interests for saying it’s a myth.
