Philosophy is all about being curious, asking basic questions. And it can be fun!
Not a literary magazine for ordinary times, but a journal for an exceptional one. Writing the pandemic, together. Image, Somewhere in Time by Hengki Lee: Instagram @hengki_lee
I love the line “light splinters”. I love the painting too.
Thanks Suzanne. I’m a big fan of the Blaue Reiter.
Me too. Which artist painter that one? I am not familiar with it.
August Macke. If you click on the image I linked it to the Wiki page.
Thanks Jane. I will take a good look at Macke’s work 🙂
My favourite of them all is Franz Marc.
I really like his work too. I love his blue horses.
I love how he gave qualities different colours and painted them in animal form. So sad both he and Macke were killed. He predicted the war, knew what was coming.
Yes, I find that incredibly sad. War is such a terrible thing and so many young lives are lost.
Such a waste.
The words are as sharp and vivid as the painting. (K)
It’s hard to imagine a summer scene without cicadas.
