Wow!
Wow! The last part of that really brings it home. Excellent, Jane.

Thanks, Pat. We’re sitting tight here, waiting for the worst to come.
Here too.
Keep well and keep at home 🙂
You too😊
Can I add a wow, please? Fantastic. Sad, beautiful, deadly. Sum’s the thing up precisely. Very well done, Jane
Concentrates the mind wonderfully…
Cheers, Lynn 🙂
😄
the heaviness of that silence… (K)
It’s so intense. Ominous.
Reblogged this on Frank J. Tassone and commented:
#Haiku Happenings #4: Jane Doughery’s latest #gogyohka for my current #haikai challenge!
Thank you, Frank 🙂
My pleasure, Jane! 🙂
So sad it is, so great written is this poem. Hope, we will not get a horrible end. Best wishes, Michael
I hope so too! You lucky Germans will be okay, you seem to be better organised.
Dont think so. There is nothing organized. Germans only well trained in going back to autocratism. This depends on the possibility given to them. Think on the past, around 1929.
That’s the flip side of the coin…
Sorry, i am always seeing this “second side” of my homeland. With a person like the actual Minister of the Interior “Homeland Security” is more than a persiflage. 😉
It’s good that you do see it and criticise. All countries have their seamy side but too often we gloss over our own faults to find fault with the neighbour.

I am pessimistic, but it origins in things i investigated the last three years, after the dead of my father. He was “great” in politically motivated money laundry, dealing with weapons, and all these things, for what you need political protection at a higher level. And: The RomanCatholic Church was involved. 😉
It makes you shiver 💜
And shake…
Lol
