Sevenling: Questions

Sunset in wild colours sky-fire

shadow growing in the east

and beneath the hedge hares

why do stories have sunsets, shadows and running hares

questions and no answers until the end

devils in the detail

and who wrote the script of this madness?

I used to do lots of things I didn't much enjoy. Now I am officially a writer. It's what I always wanted to be.

  1. Your questions sound Oracle inspired. The sunsets sound lovely though, and the hares fun to watch. (Someone posted a video on FB recently of hares fighting. I’d never seen them. I’ve only seen Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail rabbits around here. 🙂

I’m so behind on reading posts.

    1. Thank you. The Oracle whispers most of the time.
I read that when you see hare’s boxing, it usually isn’t males fighting over territory or whatever, but a female letting a male know she isn’t interested. I like them more every day 🙂

  2. I guess the devils are in the detail. I was reading and when coming across the phrase “hedge hares” thought that was both accurate and poetic. I thought that I’d like to see them playing, scuffling, whatever they do when not hemmed in by us.

Who wrote the script is a great question. Devils. Hares.
