The flower I had in mind was fleabane, (see image). Tansy sounds more poetic, but the colour is a slightly more acid yellow.

Lovely Haiku , I was intrigued by the title 💜
There’s a lot of it about 🙂
You could tell me they’re any flower. But they’re pretty, and so is the haiku–I can see that light in my mind.
Thank you. Most yellow flowers are ‘sunny’. Some are just richer than others.
Yes, that’s true. 😀
Very heart-warming.
Thanks !
Lovely. I agree that Tansy suits the mood of your haiku well. Fleabane is also poetic, but for a different style of poetry maybe as it allows for lots of rhymes and slant rhymes.
Thank you. I can’t ever think of fleas without shuddering. We have cats and for years were driven wild by fleas. Tansy doesn’t have unpleasant connotations 🙂
A great Haiku for a great flower. So little, bit with a bright shining. Michael
They are pretty. Humble weeds, but they have a beautiful colour 🙂
They are looking beautiful. Are the smokable? Lol
No, but they’re good against fleas. Apparently 🙂
That a good advice. Thank you Jane!
🙂
