The cat of very little brain…

…very little ears and a sweetly strange personality. Sometimes Ninnie comes down from the attic where she plays with lizards

Ninnie about to roll

and sits on my desk or telephone

Nin on desk

until she falls onto my lap

Ninnie no ears

or rolls onto the floor

Ninnie attention grabber

or just tries to grab my attention.

Ninnie reading

She prefers to read sideways

Ninnie killing a few typos

but I draw the line when she tries to remove typos with her claws.

  1. Aw such a cutie! She reminds me of my little black cat, Nyx. For years Nyx was satisfied to walk all over the back of my office chair and my lap and the table next to my desk. Then she started walking across the desk on the way to the other side. But this week she’s decided to walk all around the desk, including right in front of my monitor. So she’s become one of THOSE cats. ๐Ÿ˜€ At least she hasn’t tried walking on the keyboard yet!

    1. Ninnie isn’t steady enough on her feet to be trusted walking across anything. She falls off cushions on the floor…
Husband gets the brainy cat. She’s one of THOSE cats, sits on the keyboard if we don’t listen to her when she wants the door/window opening, the dog to get out of his bed, Ninnie to get out from under the stove etc etc. She locked him out of his computer a few weeks ago, stomping about on the keyboard. He couldn’t remember his password either.

      1. She knows we love her. She doesn’t really hide, just curls up in strange places usually in the attic sometimes in the cat litter which is weird. She runs away if we try to pick her up though, and never comes if she’s called. I always say it’s because we haven’t discovered what her name is. She’s had a tough time with humans so it’s understandable. We let her do what she likes.
