the wind blows music through my hair
and the river runs to the sea.

Shadows sing
with the voices of seals
the wild tongue of the waves

while the fiddler plays red and blue
colours of a summer storm
that breaks no louder

than the soft sigh
of a petal falling
from a rose.

      1. The building wants to save money, so they will only turn it on when required by law. We are long past that date, and it would have to be much colder.
