I’ve resisted giving them names for that reason, but I haven’t seen any of the others for a while, always this little fluffy scrap of a thing. She’s going to be the next one adopted, I think, if she’s willing (and Trixie of course).
I hope it works out. Life is hard for feral cats.
The best thing we could do for her would be to have her sterlised. I’ll start saving now…
Vet care is as expensive as human care these days.
For us it’s a lot more because we all pay into the state welfare scheme. Many vets are just plain greedy.
Not fair to the animals.
We assume that they have some sort of empathy for animals because they’ve decided to do veterinary studies, but look at all the sociopath doctors.

She’s learning that I won’t hurt her. Won’t come close enough to let me touch her, and now that there’s the wire sheep fencing up for the dogs, she knows that she can sit at the other side and she’s quite safe.
