Ronovan’s challenge this week has produced three haiku, but only the first one contains both words.

Dragon in the Sky was my favorite : )
The most dramatic one 🙂 At least I got both words in the first one.
All three excellent, with great images.
Thanks Ken 🙂
I love this trio, the first one is my favourite. Miss E is going to be SO thrilled to read your haiku when she is here on Wednesday. Such a lovely boost to her literary confidence.
If she had a go, I hope you’ll post it. It doesn’t have to be traditional. A free style haiku would be just as good 🙂
Jane, you outdid yourself! I loved the pictures, I did see the dragon in the clouds, and the haiku all brilliant! 😀
Thanks Vashti! Dragons have a special place in our imagination 🙂
My favorite is the last one, nicely done:)
Thanks! I’m fond of mini-dragons too 🙂
Love all three.
🙂
All three are beautiful Jane.
Thank you 🙂
Thoroughly enjoyed your dragon collection. I’ll have to observe dragonflies more closely to absorb their dragon qualities 🙂 I like the rich colours in the dragonfly picture you posted.
They’re completely silent, unlike their reptilian namesakes, but their colours, that metallic glint, make them reasonably dragonish.
The metallic glint makes sense. 🙂
I don’t think they eat cows though.
Vegetarian dragons perhaps.
Three wonderful haiku jane and great images to stimulate the poetic imagery.
Thank you Denis 🙂 I’m glad you liked them.
